Job Description
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to ensure timely progress and optimize productivity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.
- Act as a liaison between clients, supplier and other third parties.
- Ensure a positive client experience by addressing concerns and providing personalized service.
- Documentation and Reporting.
- Prepare and submit progress updates, reports, and documentation to relevant parties.
- Monitor the availability and allocation of manpower and materials etc.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Possess a critical-thinking ability
- Effective time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients or any third parties
- At least 3 years related experience
- Problem-solving ability with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Well-organized with the ability to manage tasks independently or collaborate within a team
- Ability to handle challenges calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional client service
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Willing to attend calls or travel island-wide when necessary
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends or holidays
- 6 working days
