Customer Service Executive/ Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers' enquiries and feedback on customer orders' status
- Manage and oversee all inbound and outbound inventory activities
- Review materials forecast and execute supply plan
- Maintain good customer relationship and ensure customers' satisfaction
- Oversee inventory control and analysis
- Shipment arrangement andc coordination
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years of customer service and shipping experience
