At Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As a key member of our relocation services department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer experiences throughout the moving process.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to communicate fluently in Japanese. You will be responsible for interacting with Japanese speaking counterparts, providing quotations, and managing customer care from start to finish.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, well-organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office and other industry-standard software. If you are interested in this challenging yet rewarding role, please refer to the job requirements below.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit customers' residences or offices to conduct surveys, provide cartons for packing, and manage cargo movements
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone to provide information and maintain correspondence
  • Schedule pickups and deliveries, explain house moving rules and regulations, and create and submit quotations/invoices accurately
  • Attend to export packaging, manage schedules, and send weekly sales reports to management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales/customer service experience in household move coordination
  • Fluent written and spoken Japanese language skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other industry-standard software
  • Self-motivated and well-organized individual with a strong attention to detail
