We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service and Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our education centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Manage the centre's inventory and supplies, including ordering and stock control.
- Support the Centre Principal in scheduling classes and maintaining the centre's calendar.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a high level of organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Have a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
