Job Description:
- Responsible for managing weekly online orders and enhancing overall online operations.
- Assist in improving customer relationship management (CRM) support and e-commerce accounts.
- Contribute to maintaining and growing the brand's digital presence, fostering customer retention, and increasing brand awareness.
- Address client inquiries efficiently and professionally; training will be provided.
- Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, assist in the day-to-day processing of service orders, including skilled checking, assessment, and explanation of services for cleaning, coloring, protection coating, and repair services for bags, accessories, and footwear.
- Monitor daily and weekly deliverables, ensuring timely follow-ups on payments, service completion dates, and schedules, in accordance with the order workflow system.
- Communicate with customers via various channels to deliver a seamless customer service experience and uphold client service excellence.
- Handle the receipt and processing of new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, while supporting stock-taking activities.
- Stay up-to-date with luxury brand news, new services, new product information, customer feedback, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with the operations team to address customer concerns, develop strategies to improve the customer experience, and resolve issues or complaints.
- Assist with basic packing, processing orders, completing forms, handling applications, and managing ad-hoc requests.
