The Opportunity:
- Our Client, Global MNC for FMCG products
- Working location: Buona Vista
- Salary: Up to $2,700
- Working hours: 9 am–6 pm, Mon-Fri
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Order-to-Cash operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate with customers regarding order requests and inquiries.
- Coordinate with operations and distribution teams for timely order processing.
- Manage order-related incidents, including rejections, returns, and shortages.
- Analyze order data to drive improvements, service opportunities, and value creation.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification with a strong academic background.
- Experience in data reporting and analysis; FMCG, logistics, or order management is a plus.
- Independent, customer-focused, and skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu to support customers in the Indonesia market.
