Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Reports to the General Manager as PA/Secretary.
  • Manage the training and development needs of staff and workers.
  • Oversee and support projects' Site Admin and Customer Relations Officer role as and when needed.
  • Handle purchasing including but not limited to calling for quotations, negotiations, etc.
  • Taking minutes of meetings, reports, letters, emails as and when assigned.
  • Attend meetings and events.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Administration and Public Relations role.
  • A team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
