Job Description
- Reports to the General Manager as PA/Secretary.
- Manage the training and development needs of staff and workers.
- Oversee and support projects' Site Admin and Custromer Relations Officer role as and when needed.
- Handle purchasing including but not limited to calling for quotations, negotiations, etc.
- Taking minutes of meetings, reports, letters, emails as and when assigned.
- Attend meetings and events.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in Administration and Public Relations role.
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
