What you'll do
- Actively reach out to interested Driver Partners via phone calls to provide guidance on the onboarding process
- Provide support to resolve Drivers general queries via emails, ZOHO, WhatsApp, or walk-ins
- Assist in Driver offboarding tasks i.e. updating bank account details and deposit/wallet balance refund
- Verify submitted documents and maintain accurate record of Driver database
- Any other tasks assigned by the Manager

- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to commit minimum 6 months
