Job Description
- Assist in full cycle recruitment process, including developing and implementing recruitment strategies, initiating sourcing channels (including social media), pre-screening & assessing, facilitating the interview, selection as well as the negotiation of offer process
- Liase and partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and presents candidate profiles leveraging on strong talent advisory in order to assist hiring managers with making informed decisions.
- Manage requisitions for both new hires, replacement hires and contractor conversions
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques, such as LinkedIn and other social media sites, and referral programs, to source and attract best talents, post jobs, source for candidates and maintain documentation for all candidates, searches and recruiting activities.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business need
- Manage the job offer process, including internal salary benchmarking and perform reference checks when required
- Ensure that stakeholder including candidates and hiring managers are constantly updated of the status
- Liaise with universities, interact with students and place advertisements to promote our employer brand.
- Any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Job Requirements

- Highly motivated with a willingness to get hands-on when required
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Good time management skills
- Hands on and willingness to perform operational work, when required
