DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The intern will collaborate with Marriott's Human Resources Operations team in Singapore to provide HR services focusing on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management for properties in the Asia Pacific Excluding China (APEC) region. This includes supporting HR programs, systems, and practices. The intern will work closely with the HR Operations and Talent Acquisition and Management Solutions (TAMS) team, contributing to various projects aiming for operational HR excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support HR Ops team in implementing Talent Acquisition and Management Solutions in APEC
  • Assist in Recruitment, Human Capital, Employer Branding, and College Relations initiatives
  • Work with GMs and HR leaders for new build and transitions activities
  • Manage Marriott's online HR system and database
  • Assist in internal HR communications and data analysis
  • Research HR trends and participate in associate events
  • Contribute to various HR projects and assignments

QUALIFICATION STANDARD

Education:
Undergraduate in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Management, Economics, or Marketing

Requirements:
Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident Holder, or valid student pass/work holiday pass

Eligible for undergraduate programs in specific countries

Willing to commit to a six-month internship
