We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join us. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, providing a comprehensive understanding of HR operations. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, highly organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

MAIN TASKS

Responsibilities
Coordination and administration (from on-boarding to off-boarding) and updating employee database. Gather monthly payroll data like leaves, working hours and employees’ bank account details and coordinating with responsible stakeholders and vendors respectively. Assist in preparing employment contracts, certification letters and other HR related letters. Prepare HR-related reports as needed. Assist in training administration such as collating data, sourcing for training vendors, registering courses for employees and maintaining a database of training records. Assist in keeping track of office supplies inventory and reorder, when necessary, work with building management &/or contractors for office facilities maintenance. Participate in organizing company events and quarterly virtual employee engagement activities. Support other HR projects and initiatives such as group insurance renewal and employee benefits review exercise. Support the HR Manager to roll out HR initiatives, policies, and guidelines and assist in HR digitalization and transformation projects. Any other work and projects assigned by the HR Manager. 

PROFILE

Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Able to commit to a 6-month internship. Full-time interns preferred, part-time interns who can commit to a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply. Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and good communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think and problem-solve. Working knowledge of HRIS software can be helpful. Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools Good understanding of full employment cycle Basic knowledge of labour legislation Good organizational skills BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field
