Job Title: Business Development and Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue targets in assigned territory.
  • Partner with clients to solve business challenges using our cloud solutions.
  • Promote cloud migration, modernization, and cloud-native application services.
  • Close deals weekly and plan strategic future engagements.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and support.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, sharing relevant business insights.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven success in selling cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong cloud technology knowledge; certifications in cloud fundamentals preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 1-3 years of experience in cloud service sales.
