Position: Guest Relations (Host/Hostess)Location: DempseyWorking Hours: 5 Days, 44 Hours + Fantastic Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions
  • Ensure guests' needs are met promptly and courteously
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception area
  • Uphold the company's standards of service excellence

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guests
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
