1. Front Office & Desk
- Extend a warm and professional welcome to each guest, addressing them by name for a personalized touch.
- Coordinate with Concierge for transportation arrangements as required.
- Escort guests to their rooms and facilitate inroom checkins for a seamless arrival experience.
- Provide welcome refreshments and maintain awareness of room status changes.
- Process guest checkins and checkouts efficiently using the computer system. Oversee the Club Lounge, ensuring guest comfort and safety, and perform opening and closing duties as needed.
2. Housekeeping & Laundry
- Extend a warm greeting to every guest and ensure their comfort throughout their stay.
- Verify the functionality of room appliances and conduct thorough cleaning of bathrooms including bathtub/hot tub/shower and furnishings.
- Manage uniform issuance and collection procedures efficiently.
- Collect laundry from guest rooms and deliver it promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain adequate supplies on cleaning carts
- Accurately report room statuses.
Requirements:
- Hold at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including overnight and weekends.
- Passionate about the hospitality industry and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
- Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
