Responsibilities
- Senior Sales Executive will serve on a company's leadership team to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Senior Sales Executive will support implementation of operational policies and strategies that keep the organization functioning smoothly. Senior Sales Executive will report directly to the Sales Manager.
Duties
• Handle catering enquiries through phone and emails
• Generate and prepare sales quotation, establish rapport with new and existing customers and follow up with them.
• Monitor and enhance sales processes across multiple platforms (i.e. online, email etc.)
• Monitor and manage sales pipeline opportunities to ensure opportunities are followed up on.
• Manage the work schedule and advancement of the sales team
• Provide sales and administrative support for the processing of sales and delivery orders
• Liaise and coordinate with production, logistic and finance department as well as service providers to ensure timely processing of orders, delivery of orders and customer satisfaction
• Report sales and pipeline activity to Sales Manager.
• Other duties as assigned by Sales Manager
Qualifications Required
- Preferably has a culinary background
- Experience in sales and account management
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Able to multitask and perform in fast paced working environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
Additional Requirements
Valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
