Responsibilities will include:

  • Sales administrative work (Data entry, drafting of sales related documents, etc.)
  • Assist Sales with acquiring timely information from clients
  • Preparing decoration items for wedding events
  • Setting up and tearing down of decoration items
  • Exposure to wedding venues (hotels, restaurants), building good rapport with venue managers and staff
  • Any other relevant administrative duties assigned

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Chinese preferred, as we mainly deal with Chinese Weddings (knowledge of Chinese wedding traditions is a plus)
  • Polytechnic or University students are welcome
  • No experience required as will be guided properly
  • Willingness to learn, strong problem solving and initiative are ideal skills
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
