Job Responsibilities:- Handle phone/email enquiries on appointments and installation related matters- Arrange appointments with customers- Send reminders sms/email for appointments- Promote and attend to sales enquiries for company's services- Liaise with contractors on customers' service matters
Pre-requisites:- Good communication skills- Good interpersonal skills and customer focused- Proficient in speaking Mandarin (Able to converse mandarin with their client.)- Computer literate
