Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a Guest Relations Agent/ Officer (Call Centre). In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and delivering exceptional service to their guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Receives and transfers all calls to respective rooms or departments.
  • Handles all wake up calls and monitors the telephone printers.
  • Assist guests with information about hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions.

Reservation Handling:

  • Receive and manage rooms reservation requests via phone calls.
  • Provide detailed information about room availability, rates, and promotions.
  • Handle changes to existing reservations, including cancellations and modifications.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Location: Central
