  • Basic Up To $3600 + Performance Bonus
  • 6 Days work including weekends

Job Scope

  • Involve in all aspects of pastry production, including recipe creation, baking, plating, and presentation.
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in the pastry kitchen.
  • Ensure high quality and presentation of desserts and pastries to exceed guest expectations.
  • Develop the menu by proposing new dessert ideas and experimenting with flavors and techniques.
  • Manage baking ingredients and supplies inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Maintain and clean pastry kitchen equipment.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external vendors for effective communication.
  • Comply with government safety and hygiene regulations.
