Position: Contact Centre Agent (1 Year Contract)

Working Schedule:

  • 5 days a week, with shift rotations including weekends
  • 8am-5.30pm, 8.30am-6pm, 1.30pm-11pm

Location: 25 Ubi Rd 4, UbiX

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs, prioritizing satisfaction
  • Provide clear explanations and take necessary actions to address issues
  • Report recurring service problems to management for resolution
  • Support contact centre projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proficiency in additional languages may be necessary based on program requirements
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Capability to manage challenging interactions professionally

Qualifications:

  • O-Level/Higher NITEC/A-Level/Diploma/Degree qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Contact Centre or customer service roles
