Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Centre Team Manager to join our team at Talentvis Singapore Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and training team members, reviewing calls, and liaising with other departments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of call centre agents to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance
• Conduct regular call reviews to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

• Min diploma in any field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
