Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Centre Team Lead to join our team at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Survey Experience Officers to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Survey Experience Officers to achieve KPIs and ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Project Management: Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data for national statistical information.
  • Customer Service: Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents' issues.
  • Data Management: Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system.
  • Quality Control: Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period.
  • Workflow Management: Organize workflow and ensure that officers perform their duties and delegated tasks.
  • Performance Management: Set KPI for the officers in accordance to the project timeline to ensure project's success.
  • Training and Development: Provide fair, constructive, and timely feedback towards performance expectations and goals.
  • Escalation Management: Manage escalated cases and maintain public relations including any complaints.
  • Coaching and Guidance: Provide assistance, guidance, and coaching support to officers to meet KPI.
  • Performance Assessment: Assess work performance of officers and identify areas that need improvement.
  • Project Status Reporting: Ensure that the given KPI for the team are being met based on the project timeline.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Diploma or higher.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with proven record in supervisory role.
