Solution Sales Manager

The Managed Services Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving growth for the Commercial and Enterprise Line of Business by securing new accounts and expanding business opportunities through strategic account planning, territory planning, and proactive prospecting. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse range of partners to deliver innovative hybrid cloud solutions and services while focusing on customer digitalization and cloud migration journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify and develop a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for assigned territory
  • Manage partner eco-system within the territory
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of opportunities and customer information
  • Advocate cloud solutions to senior executives and key decision makers
  • Conduct high-impact sales presentations across all customer levels
  • Build and influence relationships with sales leaders and internal support functions
  • Help customers address business challenges and IT operational issues
  • Stay updated on market and competitor offerings for competitive analysis
  • Conduct complex contract negotiations
  • Participate in industry-related activities to maintain professional credibility
  • Perform other related duties to grow the Managed Services business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong sales acumen and business development skills
  • Knowledge of public cloud technology and managed services
  • Passionate about customer success
  • Ability to communicate business value effectively
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience with Enterprise and commercial customers
  • Prior experience in selling cloud solutions
