Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform as a system specialist with in-depth understanding, specialized knowledge, and advanced skill on NSR scanner S610/S210/S208/S306/S205/S204/S203 and stepper: SF155/SF140/SF130/SF120/SF110/SF100/EX14/i14 for complex system repairs, machine troubleshooting, application problem, log analysis, image adjustment and servicing in quality manner & timely fashion.
  • Independently perform complex machine troubleshooting, process issues, image adjustment, and log analysis to provide on-site service support for service contract customers in Singapore or overseas.
  • Install NSR systems and execute standard install tests to meet the overall installation schedule and provide support that leads to improvement that exceeds specifications or complies with a non-specified condition.
  • Utilize e-diagnostics software to independently analyze complex system problems, identify the root cause of issues, and develop troubleshooting using strong data analytical and problem-solving techniques for effective system countermeasures and enhancement.
  • Perform as a consultant and liaison in support of field servicing and escalate trouble to Nikon Japan.
  • Lead and manage the service engineering department and their performances and provide an advanced level of technical advice and conduct training for the service engineers to develop a higher level of expertise and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Attained Degree/ Master's in the related Engineering field with a minimum of 15 years of experience in installation, production issues, and repair of Nikon semi-con stepper and scanner in Wafer Fab.
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of complex Nikon precision product models and systems.
  • Must have strong analytical, and excellent problem-solving skills and data interpretation skills.
  • Possess clear and concise technical writing skills.
  • Must have strong communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership.
  • Must be willing to travel overseas (South-East Asia) to support machine installation, repair and servicing.
  • Able to commit to 24-hour on-call support, shift work, and on-site on PH, Saturday, and Sunday.
