Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:


  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage devices, network equipment, and other infrastructure components.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
  • Manage and troubleshoot directory services.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365.
  • Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus solutions.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch management to protect against security threats.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime in the event of system failures or disasters.
  • Automate routine tasks and processes using scripting languages and automation tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to design and implement new solutions or enhancements that meet business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, including desktop support and application support.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in systems administration and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies.

Key Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT management roles, with a proven track record of leading IT teams and managing complex IT projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, security, and systems administration.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
