Job Title: Dealing Room/ Trade Floor Support Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Dealing Room/ Trade Floor Support Specialist. As a key member of the Dealing Support team, you will collaborate with various technology departments within the organization.


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the success of the Dealing Room Support team by executing individual goals aligned with business strategies.
  • Provide first and second level technical support for production systems.
  • Maintain and manage issue resolution to deliver high-quality support services.
  • Liaise with different support levels for effective solutions and recommendations.
  • Offer day-to-day technical support for trade floor users on various systems.
  • Handle PC refresh, setup for new hires, and equipment installations.
  • Ensure accurate recording and updating of IT assets.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
  • Identify and escalate technical challenges as needed.
  • Communicate professionally with technical teams, clients, and managers.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with Wintel desktops/laptops.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Market data systems such as Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters Eikon.
  • Proficiency in Trading systems like Thomson Reuters FX Trading, EBS, etc.
  • Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Four to five years of technical experience.
  • Preferred experience in trade floor support.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service values.
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
