- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the GCXO.
- Perform administrative duties such as travel, hotel and meal arrangements, personal claims, documentation, credit card bill checking, etc
- Manage calendar scheduling of GCXO, routinely updating GCXO of upcoming commitments and all other administrative matters that may require attention
- Respond to key stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain professionalism and appropriately handle highly confidential materials when interfacing with the business
- Other adhoc projects as assigned by the management
Requirement:
- Minimally a Diploma Holder
- Excellent communication skills, crossfunctional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Experience in providing admin support in a fastpaced environment, while being able to multitask to achieve tight deadlines
- Selfmotivated, meticulous and resourceful
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Curious and keen in working with digital tools and systems in performing the administrative and secretarial activities
- Detailoriented with high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
