- Attend to inbound calls with good manner and uphold the organisation's telephone standard.
- Provide accurate and timely information.
- Transfer calls to respective department and follow up on their status.
- Attend to general enquiries from patients.
- Carry out administrative duties such as preparing of statics, daily performance report etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum possess of N/O/A Level
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Able to work in fastpaced call centre environment.
