  • As an Investigator Services Assistant, you will support investigator sites, monitors, and departments by communicating information, training sites, and documenting services related to clinical trials.

  • Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Offer support to investigator sites, monitors, and departments by communicating information, training sites, and documenting services for clinical trials. Ensure sites are appropriately trained on study protocols for accurate and timely execution. Utilize provided tools to address inquiries, manage orders, and maintain data integrity promptly.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main contact for sites, addressing queries, handling material orders, and documenting information accurately and promptly. Provide guidance on study protocols, ensuring proper training of sites and smooth data flow. Resolve issues efficiently to meet sample analysis timelines and uphold data quality standards.
  • Notify sites and relevant contacts of critical values and study-specific requirements via phone or fax. Communicate sponsor alerts and critical values promptly. Monitor site issues, escalate as needed, and ensure timely resolution. Review site performance metrics, educate where necessary, and report back to monitors or sponsors.
  • Follow established procedures to assess requests for additional tests and facilitate necessary actions. Coordinate and resolve sample issues during scanning for timely reporting and database entry.
  • Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant academic qualifications
    • Technical roles may require certification
    • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Accurate data entry and intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Customer service, good clinical practices, and preanalytical technique knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, additional languages a plus
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
