Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure team conducts health checks, application monitoring, handles customer queries, investigates incidents, and resolves them
  • Assist in training junior team members
  • Act as a focal point for support-related queries and issues
  • Review transition plans, milestones, and deliverables
  • Monitor service levels and escalate issues as needed
  • Engage in customer and vendor management
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and expansion
  • Delegate tasks effectively, monitor team performance, and provide coaching

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of IT project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to lead and develop teams
  • Certification in IT Service Management and/or ITIL
  • Proficiency in English, willingness to travel
