Job Description:
The Service Delivery Executive position for Infrastructure Managed Services projects focuses on promoting learning, development, well-being, and teamwork among support staff, with a key emphasis on enhancing the efficiency of the Delivery team.
Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas:
  • Learning and Development Management:
  • Supervise staff training and development initiatives to enhance skills and align with organizational objectives.
  • Evaluate individual and team progress, identify training needs, and implement development plans.
  • Coordinate the implementation of a tailored training program to address skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with NCS DOJO for training resources and certifications.
  • Employee Well-being and Support:
  • Be a primary support point for employees' well-being and work-related needs.
  • Conduct site visits to address on-site challenges.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive work environment and work-life balance.
  • Offer guidance and resources for managing work-related stress and conflicts.
  • Workplace Consultation and Advisory:
  • Support SMO Management in career development and performance management.
  • Assist in the Mentorship Program and enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Improve communication and collaboration within the HLS Tribe.

Performance Management:
  • Assist SMO Management in overseeing performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Monitor individual and team performance metrics and provide recommendations for enhancement.
  • Identify high-potential employees and contribute to succession planning.
  • Address underperformance issues with corrective actions.

Relationship Building and Collaboration:
  • Establish positive relationships with staff and promote trust and open communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with operational goals.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years as a Service Delivery Executive or Customer Success Manager.
  • Strong customer management experience.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Certification in IT Service Management and/or ITIL (v3 or above).
