  • Optimize ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules to meet business needs.
  • Enhance operational visibility, event management, and orchestration for streamlined IT operations.
  • Work on CMDB and AIOps integrations for predictive analytics and incident resolution.
  • Implement CSM solutions for improved customer service experience.
  • Integrate CSM with other modules for unified service approach.

Job Requirements:
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is required.
  • Experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development and CI/CD practices.
