Job Description

Currently, we are in search of a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding Inside Sales team. The Senior Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in targeting new accounts, expanding within our existing customer network, and ensuring clients continue to benefit from the NOW Platform. This role demands someone with a solid track record in generating new business pipelines, particularly over the phone in an Enterprise setting. Collaborating with Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, and Renewal Sales team members, the candidate will work towards surpassing sales targets and shaping the future of ServiceNow's sales force.

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Exceeding Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual sales goals.
  • Developing sales opportunities and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within commercial accounts.
  • Understanding an organization's needs, challenges, and how ServiceNow solutions align with them.
  • Exploring new business prospects within key industries to create opportunities and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Following a structured sales process to secure new business, expand existing accounts, and ensure contract renewals.
  • Working closely with a diverse team and coordinating resources like Solution Consultants, Customer Service, and Partners to drive the sales process.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to management for forecasting, territory planning, and strategic account initiatives.
  • Meeting daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs such as prospect meetings, pipeline growth, ACV bookings, and Renewal Rates.
  • Guiding team members, collaborating on projects for team success, and adding value.
  • Occasional travel may be required for training or meetings.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record in sales, territory development, new business prospecting, and closing deals.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in full sales cycle within a software sales environment.
  • Experience selling enterprise solutions using phone and video conferencing technology.
  • Proficiency in navigating complex sales cycles and understanding the sales process.
  • Exposure to sales force automation, ERP, or IT infrastructure management technologies is beneficial.
  • Strong presentation skills using web-based tools are advantageous.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Dependability, persistence, and commitment to meeting deadlines and deliverables.
