Job Description What you get to do in this role**:

  • Lead a team of highly skilled AI professionals, partnering with customers to co-create solutions and expanding ServiceNow's presence in the market.
  • Drive excellence in knowledge, engagement, and interactions interteam, with customers and our field.
  • Direct opportunity engagement and skills alignment with ServiceNow's strategic and enterprise accounts.
  • Develop team members according to the demands of the business and according to their individual professional goals
  • Collaborate across stakeholder groups, including regional sales teams, solution specialists, and geo leaders, to prioritize Solution Consulting efforts
  • Assign resources to sales opportunities or other efforts to support demand generation
  • Consistently evaluate team member progress against goals through direct observation, peer feedback and sales feedback
  • Provide voiceofthebusiness internal to ServiceNow driving market strategy and competitive take outs.
  • Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by our complete suit of AI products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc.
  • Act as executive speaker at marketing events user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc.
  • Manage daytoday activities such as resource scheduling conflicts, expense review and approval, activity reporting etc.

Qualifications To be successful in this role you have**:

  • 15+ years of experience in presales or similar field
  • Experience managing presales teams as 1st line management or equivalent management experience
  • AI Experience: 8+ years of technical experience selling AI Products, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models with a focus on Generative AI.
  • Experience with ServiceNow's Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, Process Mining, and Virtual Agent is highly valued.
  • Experience working in a fastgrowing tech company including software, cloud, or customer experience of the same
  • Ability to clearly articulate the power and value of the ServiceNow platform in terms familiar to both a technical and nontechnical audience
  • Understanding of the sales process and being a trusted advisor for Specialist Sales, account management and the extended sales organization.
  • Understanding of standard approaches to coaching, mentoring and management of individual contributors
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a growing team of Presales Solutions Architects
  • Experience in Value Based Selling or Solution Selling
  • A thorough understanding of the SaaS Market space, the provision of PaaS based solutions and a broad understanding of Service Management practices
