Hi Job-seeker,
As a Management Trainee, you will:
- Learn, manage and be responsible for the daily operations of the tuition centre
- Liaise with HQ, parents and teachers with regards to students and centre matters and provide excellent customer service
- Manage a small team of parttime administrative staff to help you achieve the centre's goals & smoothness of operations
- Learn facetoface communication skills as part of good customer service
- Learn, manage and execute your assigned business subrole well

Working Location:

Working Hours and Days:
- 5 working days a week (Tuesday to Friday 2:30pm to 9:45pm, Saturday 9:30am to 7:30pm)
- 41 working hours a week inclusive of mealtime
