Responsibilities:

  • Manage printing course books
  • Assist in Account and HR Data entry
  • File and organize documents systematically
  • Replenish stationery and refreshments for learners
  • Ensure the upkeep of the training center's facilities
  • Handling of other admin duties as assigned
  • Willing to work overtime on weekends

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'N' Level qualifications
  • Able to commence work immediately (preferred)
  • Good organizing and planning skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Has initiative and able to work independently
  • Outgoing personality
  • Strong administrative and organization skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Computer literacy in MS word and MS Excel

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$2, $2,500.00 per month
