Temporary HR Admin Officer

Main / Key Responsibility(ies)
- Manage and review internship programme and the placement of interns for HQ, Clubs and Business Units.
- Responsible for the recruitment of temporary staff for HQ, Clubs and Business Units.
- Responsible for online job postings and advertisement, and manage the job portals.
- Ensure compliance to standard operating procedures for recruitment including the upkeep of all relevant documents (E.g. Manpower Requisition form, appointment letter templates, etc.)
- Assist in HQ Office Administration
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Administration or Human Resources
- Comfortable working with different stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Good interpersonal and planning skills with attention to details and being meticulous
- Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- 6 months' contract role (Renewable)
