Job Focus:
- Exceed sales targets and nurture client relationships.
Main Duties:
- Lead the Sales team to hit targets & enhance customer satisfaction
- Conduct B2B sales
- Identify new opportunities and close deals
- Establish new key accounts
- Boost sales from existing key accounts
- Deliver weekly sales reports
- Primary markets: Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Government, MHA & Military, House of worship
- Collaborate with reputable partners such as Samsung, Crestron, Bose, Martin Audio, QSC, Poly, Logitech, Microsoft, and in-house AV Designer Team to propose customized solutions
- Negotiate competitive pricing with partners
- Manage partners
- Forge partnerships for related solutions to broaden offerings to customers
Job Requirements:
Educational Background:
- ITE/A Level/Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual preferred OR
- Diploma in any field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience with strong track record
- Project-based sales expertise
- Design & implementation of hardware/equipment solutions in AV, IT, communication, M&E, and other sectors
- Relevant connections in vertical markets
- Experience in tender processes
- Passion for sales management and leadership
- Familiarity with tender portals like Gebiz and BCA
- Knowledge in Audio & Visual, videoconferencing, and telephony solutions beneficial
