1. Operation Support

  • Undertake helpdesk requests including autoline level 1 ticket are resolved within SLA or escalated to respective team with 95% of responses satisfying request for followup from users. without need
  • Sharing of knowledge To Ensure the team has a common skillset
  • To achieve less than 5% of negative feedback from users.
  • Ensure there is less than 5% of outdated IT asset.
  • To develop documentation and guide that is effective with no more than mínimal editing errors.
  • To respond promptly to operation support tasks as instructed by Country Senior Manager or Senior Engineer, Network & Infrastructure.
  • To provide regular updates of operation support tasks assigned.
  • To remain fully contactable and actively monitoring Helpdesk tickets during working business hours.
  • Cost management
  • Evaluate any enduser computing asset that are suitable for redeployment. If purchase is required, document the evaluation in detailed description and the for it to be selected and sign off by Team lead. recommendation
  • Total purchases requests should have less than 5% of rejection from approver.
  • To track and followup on Capex, Coupa PO, invoicing and delivery so budget is captured in the correct month.
  • Project
  • Providing support to ensure the project not limiting to those below are completed on
time, on budget, to scope, using IS methodology.
