  • After launching our first Tech Sourcing function in 2021, it helped us transform both the hiring process and the pace at which we have been hiring technical talent. This role will help growth team and add even more depth to how we understand the Technical Talent market in APAC.
  • We have built a strong APAC Engineering presence, who own global product development work and we're ready to take it to the next level. In 2023, we plan to grow the international CTO function, which could involve this person supporting on the staffing of new locations. With the full support of our Engineering leadership team, we're looking to invest even more time in engaging passive talent through practical and creative sourcing strategies.
  • The role will be based out of our Singapore office, with a flexible work arrangement and reports to the Global Sourcing Manager.


 What you'll do
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Recruiters and other Sourcers, in order to deeply understand the requirements of the role, team and how it fits together within the wider organisation
  • Provide innovative and scalable sourcing solutions to help drive a pipeline of talent to meet our hiring needsUse Data and Market Intelligence to influence the overall sourcing/hiring strategy
  • Support the development of this function globally by partnering with other Recruiters and Sourcers to share best practice and develop new ways of doing things
  • Who you are
  • Ideally 3yrs+ experience sourcing for Software Engineering roles across APAC (India, Singapore, China, Australia)Deep knowledge of the regional and global talent market for technical talent, with a focus on Software Development
  • Proven experience developing complex sourcing strategies from scratch
  • Demonstrated track record of building relationships with Hiring Managers and other Crossfunctional partners
