Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities
- To assist the Property Executive with all services, documentation, filing, and respond to feedback from residents; maintenance requests, weekly reports and monitor work progress.
- Supports front desk and Mass check in/out exercise.
- Administer room bookings and necessary billings
Requirements:
- At least GCE 'O' levels or equivalent
- At least five (5) years of experience in customer service, helpdesk officer and the like, preferably in educational institutes or commercial buildings.
- Must be Computer Literate and Customer Centric.
Salary:
$3, $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location:
In person
