About the Job:

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Social Media Brand Manager at Mediacorp. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving youth audience engagement, especially focusing on short-form video content on platforms like TikTok.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • To set the direction and boost growth of Mediacorp's social media brands for engaging young audiences online.
  • Maintain, develop, and optimize strategies to enhance audience engagement on social media platforms.
  • Analyze internal and external data to define key performance indicators for making informed business decisions.
  • Deep dive into TikTok platform trends, analyze content, and convey insights effectively to brand owners.
  • Create and manage dashboards for data extraction and channel management.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, identify improvement opportunities, and drive youth audience engagement through proactive content and channel strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results by providing actionable insights and managing social platform relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Hold a Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media platform management.
  • Proficient in social media best practices and data analysis.
  • Skilled in deriving insights from unstructured datasets.
  • Experience with Data Visualisation tools like Power BI is a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of short-form content development is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital content and social media trends.
  • Capable of managing projects independently and collaboratively.
  • Skilled in Driving Execution.
