Roles & Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:

As a Channel Partner Manager, you will:

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with allocated Channel Partners and System Integrators
  • Handle sales pipeline and monthly forecasts while spotting new business openings
  • Achieve sales targets for both hardware and non-hardware products, ensuring profitability
  • Offer resources and assistance on product understanding and sales approaches
  • Conduct product demonstrations when necessary
  • Equip partners with sales tools for their benefit
  • Effectively manage conflicts among indirect and direct sales teams through clear communication and adherence to channel engagement protocols
  • Ensure partner compliance with agreements
  • Regularly assess and address partner needs
  • Handle objections from partners' feedback and end users' service concerns
  • Provide coaching and training to promote the complete range of products and solutions to partners
  • Design incentive schemes for Channel Partners
  • Address Accounts Receivable issues for Channel Partners and end users

Additional Administrative Responsibilities for Channel Partners:

  • Deliver administrative support to all channel partners
  • Handle lead registrations and account transfers as required
  • Manage sales documentation including purchase orders, contracts, sales requisitions, credit evaluations, creating new customer codes, and ownership transfers
  • Coordinate price support submissions
  • Keep partners updated on stock availability

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum diploma in business or a related field with at least 3 years of channel management or sales experience
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM/SAP) software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations to partners and stakeholders
  • Understanding of sales techniques and strategies
  • Capability to establish and nurture partner relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Aptitude to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments
