Channel Partner Manager

The Opportunity

  • Continue to develop our global Workplace partnerships in order to scale the customer acquisition, implementation and customer success for Reality Labs B2B products.
  • Implement global and regional strategies & programs to transform our resellers to a become activated to sell a wider suite of the Company's for Work products.
  • Negotiate and enable resellers to retain and expand their existing business customers that are using our the Company's for Work products.
  • Work with partners to identify opportunities for them to partner with startups and/or generate funding to drive immersive technologies alongside their Workplace install base.
  • Drive quarterly business plans with partners and own the daytoday execution via a direct and active relationship with partners.
  • Support the sales delivery via partnerled gotomarket activities and channelsales plays, e.g. accountbased marketing, events, campaigns,
  • Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and run quarterly business reviews with regional & global partner exec teams
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams across Reality Labs including product, sales, customer success, partner engineering, legal, marketing, and PR.

Your Background

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in SaaS, Business development roles including exposure to SaaS solutions.
  • Experience driving early stage product adoption, leveraging ecosystems, channel and strategies of scale
  • Problem solving having faced many predicaments in the past, you are a natural at getting to the heart of a problem and navigating the path to a suitable outcome for all.
  • Program management you are at ease with managing various competing projects, keeping everyone up to date and following through on delivery.
  • Strategic thinking you enjoy seeking out the relevant information to craft strategic, longterm plans along with corresponding targets.
  • Negotiation a skill you have developed over the years in the channels space, understanding and even anticipating the push and pull factors is now second nature.
  • Collaboration you are deliberate in creating multi region, crossfunctional relationships to lead projects successfully.
  • Analytical you leverage data to develop business plans, understand customers and market insight and analyze program effectiveness.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
