At our company, we are currently looking for a CRM System Analyst to join our team

Job Description:

  • Responsible for providing an exceptional User experience, including onboarding, licenses/permissions assignment, and conducting end-user training.
  • Offering 1st level support to business users within the Asia Pacific region by providing technical support, analyzing issues, and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Collaborating with business process owners/experts and other application users to implement functions and features of D365 as required, such as workflows, plugins, data imports/exports, automation, and optimization.
  • Engaging with business owners/users to understand and gather business requirements, then translating those needs into a comprehensive solution design.
  • Assessing existing business processes alongside business owners/users to identify opportunities for enhancements, conducting gap analysis, documenting requirements, and translating them into well-architected technical solutions.
  • Conducting System Testing and developing User Acceptance Test Scripts for the implemented solutions.
  • Participating in migration and release management processes, as well as performing other necessary Dynamics system administration tasks.
  • Ensuring compliance with all IT standards and processes, updating system documentation, and adhering to relevant methodologies, including CSV and JSOX Standard.

Job Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting and implementing CRM systems.
  • Experience in at least 3 complete life cycles of CRM implementation.
  • Proficient in CRM administration, workflows, plugins, and form customization.
  • Skilled in customization, configuration, and development of 365 applications.
  • Basic knowledge and practical experience with JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and C# NET.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications - Word, Excel (including Pivot tables), and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power Platform, MS Visual Studio, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Project, Visio, JIRA, and Managed Engine is a plus.
  • Expected to travel 20% - 40% annually for business requirements.
