Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP and CRM systems.
  2. Conduct workshops, interviews, and process analysis sessions to elicit requirements and understand business processes.
  3. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and other documentation.
  4. Work closely with IT development teams to design and configure ERP and CRM solutions, including customizations and integrations.
  5. Participate in system testing, including functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
  6. Provide end-user training and support during system implementation and post-implementation phases.
  7. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to ERP and CRM systems.
  10. Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new ERP and CRM software solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a business analyst in ERP and CRM projects, with a deep understanding of ERP and CRM concepts and processes.
  3. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite, and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  7. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management principles.
