Job Description

  • Manage daily IT service desk operations and team, represent to stakeholders, ensuring continual enhancement.
  • Analyze service desk performance, resolve issues, enhance service quality, and prevent future problems.
  • Provide on-site or remote support for devices like laptops, mobiles, business applications.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure, suggest improvement strategies.
  • Oversee vendors, aid in IT procurement.
  • Handle asset management, ensure precise IT inventory tracking.
  • Track IT Service Desk tickets, ensure SLA adherence.
  • Offer sporadic training for end users and junior IT support staff.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT/Computing.
  • Minimum 5 years' IT industry experience; technical support engineer background with team supervision skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, Networking, Unified communications.
  • Familiarity with IT service desk tools like FreshService, ServiceNOW.
  • Microsoft 365 Administrator, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, ITIL v4 Foundation certs are advantageous.
  • Hands-on desktop troubleshooting skills, knowledge in server, cloud, SaaS, network, security support.
  • Proven history in SLAs and IT service desk deliverables.
