Our esteemed client, a globally recognized MNC, is searching for a General Office Assistant:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support such as managing phone calls, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
  • Accurately enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and other digital systems
  • Organize, maintain, and file physical and digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval when needed
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for employees
  • Ensure the office is wellorganized and tidy, including coordinating maintenance and repairs when necessary
  • Welcome and direct visitors, answer inquiries, and ensure a professional and friendly reception
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings
  • Assist employees with various requests and tasks to help improve their efficiency
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office
  • Provide highlevel administrative support to the company's executives, including managing their calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives, ensuring smooth and efficient travel
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for executive use, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and friendly reception
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including handling logistics, preparing materials, and taking meeting minutes when required
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Postsecondary education is a plus
  • Prior experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as photocopiers and printers
  • Training is provided
