Singapore KIBING SOLAR ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. Full time

KEY JOB PURPOSE
You are required to ensure the smooth operation of his/her assigned process unit.

You will work closely with researchers and process engineers to contribute to cutting-edge research in the field and help drive the development of next-generation photovoltaics.


Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to all departments, including but not limited to, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organising files.
  • Office Management: Assist in the daytoday operations of the office, including managing office supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organised workspace.
  • Data Entry and

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records and databases, enter data into systems, and generate reports as needed.

  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, courses and conferences.
  • Documentation and Filing: Organise and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring that documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Stock-Taking: Conduct regular stocktaking of inventory and supplies, including office equipment, stationery, and other materials. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and assist in ordering and receiving new supplies as necessary.
  • Support to Management: Assist management with special projects and tasks as assigned, providing administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum diploma qualification or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
